This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at Bahagia Hospital in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative survey using an explanatory approach. A sample 100 people who are inpatients accidental sampling technique. data analysis descriptive and inferential analysis. results showed that had significant influence Hospital. shows has important role so delivery can provide accordance with what patients expect
